Contestants for a Pageant That No Longer Exists is a series of eight interactive 3D figures and a video.

Each contestant is a study in excess, built from sequins and spikes, polka dots and plissé, chrome hearts and citrus. They draw from club-kid culture, Baroque and Rococo ornament, Harajuku fashion, deities, aliens, and dolls. They are part fashion object, part digital sculpture, part performer in a pageant with no stage left to walk.
